We value everyone's time. Giving time for education offers brighter futures and their is a cost to this time for all involved. We always want education to be beneficial, professional and a fun experience for all. Our terms and conditions are in place for the protection of our standards and Keune education community.


Please ensure you have read and noted the Keune UK education t&c's. If booking on behalf of someone else then please share the below with them.

General Terms And Conditions:

  • Keune UK is the education supplier and all education is carried out by a Keune education team member. The participant is referring to any person's who have booked, registered and paid for education.
  • Keune UK has the right to cancel, amend or reschedule published courses giving participants a minimum of 10 days notice.
  • Participants must give Keune UK a minimum of 14 days notice if they wish to cancel thier education course booking.
  • Participants must give a minimum of 14 days notice if they wish to reschedule a course booking or transfer booking to another chosen course.
  • Once payment for any Keune UK education course bookings have been made the terms and condtions are to be adhered to.
  • On completion of payment, Keune UK does not offer refunds for course bookings. We allow amends to be made to date of chosen booking or course being booked, however the 14 day notice period still applies.
  • For any complimentary courses full payment will be invoiced and chargable for when particpants fail to meet the 14 day cancellation/amendment notice period. Salon managers/owners will be liable to pay for complimentary course costs at full price.
  • Any participant who does not show for complimentary courses booked, the full course cost will be charged for.
  • Transfer conditions - Keune UK allows particpants name to be trasnfered to another particpant booking with a 7 day notice period. The 7 day notice period ends 7 days before the corse start date.
  • Complimentary courses are offered dependant on ambassador level status. Speak with your salon owner and business development manager for details.
  • Keune UK, provides a safe and professional learning space. Keune UK will turn away any participant we feel is showing negative, abusive and disrespectful attitudes or behaviour. Salon owners will be notified by Keune UK immediately.

Additional Points To Consider

The courses carried out by Keune UK both in salon and in the academies consist of theory and hands on practical learning. The participant will be required to bring their full hairdressing equipment kit with them. This includes:

  • Colour sectioning clips, pin tail combs, wide tooth combs, detangling brush. All colour courses.
  • Hairdryer, selection of brushes. All courses.
  • Clippers, kneck clippers, razors, scissors, cutting section clips, cutting combs. All men's courses.
  • Scissors, cutting combs, sectioning clips, brushes, hairdryer. All cutting courses.
  • Hairdryer, sectioning clips, combs, brushes, heated styling appliances, straightneners, tongs. All blowdry and styling courses, plus bridal hair.
  • If the paricipant fails to turn up with the correct equipment there may a chance for them to purchase the needed equipment. Keune UK has the right to turn any particpant away who is not prepared for the course.
